Once contacts have been added to your contact database, either manually, or by website visitors who have completed the contact request form, our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software allows you to easily e-mail names from your database. E-mails can be set up to differentiate between different categories of contacts in your database, either as group mailings, or individuals. For example, you can send a “thank you for visiting our website” e-mail to all new website visitors, or send birthday cards to individual clients. You can send former clients who are currently inactive reminders of the services you offer, or you can correspond individually with current, active clients.
