Q. What is your policy on issuing refunds?  

 A. If for some reason you are dissatisfied, just can call or e-mail us. We will gladly refund your money if the matter cannot be resolved to your satisfaction.  

 Q. How is that your price is so low compared to other companies?  

 A. Our expertise in both design and programming allows us to avoid outsourcing work to contractors. This helps us to keep our costs low. We have also been able to negotiate reasonable hosting fees from our server companies. Because most companies have to hire expensive designers/programmers and pay a fortune in hosting costs, they cannot compete with us in value.  

 Q. How much does it cost to get my site started?  

 A. We charge $500.00 to create a typical site from scratch using The Q Mode. For sites involving custom programming, we will be happy to provide you with a free consultation and a good faith estimate. If you already have a website and just want to add our programming modules, the set-up fee is $50.  

 Q. I have a business which needs a totally customized programming job. How much will it cost me?  

 A. In your case, we have to meet with you to determine how much programming is involved. After a free consultation, you can decide if our proposal will work for you. We can assure you that we will be faster and more cost-effective than most other companies out there.  

 Q. I have an existing static website. How much will it cost me to use your system?  

 A. If you currently have a static site, but you want to move your site to our server to take advantage of our modules, there will be a $50 setup fee, as well as a recurring monthly charge of $25. This recurring fee covers unlimited bandwidth, unlimited server space, and unlimited e-commerce.  

 Q. I just want to use the shopping cart feature, since I have my own website. How much will it cost me?  

 A. The cost to set up our shopping cart on your website is $50. You will also be billed our monthly recurring fee of $25 to use our shopping cart service. As always, bandwidth, server storage, and e-commerce volume are unlimited. In addition to getting your shopping cart, you'll be able to use all of our web modules at no extra charge.  

 Q. What do you charge for my domain name?  

 A. The fee for registration of your domain name is included in the package. We encourage you to go to www.godaddy.com to check for available domain names. Once you find a name you like, we'll register the domain name for you at our expense.  

 Q. What happens if I already own my domain name?  

 A. If you own your domain name, you just have to point your domain name to our name server. Just call us and we well be happy to give you all the information you need to accomplish this.  

 Q. I have a Taekwondo school. Can your system handle billing for my students?  

 A. Absolutely. Our company started out as a full-service online student management solution for businesses with recurring billing. We have many clients who enjoy our management software, and who take advantage of our flexible billing system. While we do not charge a per transaction or percentage fee for our e-commerce solutions, we do have a small fee for recurring payment processing programs due to the level of involvement by our staff in managing and collecting recurring payments.  

 Q. What is a "merchant account?"  

 A. A merchant account is an account with a bank that has standing agreements with credit card companies and internet payment gateway companies to process credit cards. Once you establish a relationship with such a bank by opening a merchant account, the credit card business receipts which have been collected on your behalf will be direct deposited to your account.

We recommend contacting Authorize.Net (http://www.Authorize.Net). Authorize.net is a gateway company which has standing relationships with many banks that can set up a merchant account for you. Authorize.net is the world's biggest internet payment gateway.

If you plan to use PayPal or some other third party payment solution, you may not need to establish a merchant account. PayPal and other such third party processors will allow you to use their merchant account by simply linking to their site.  

 Q. Can you design my site using Flash only?  

 A. We can, however we do not recommend this practice. Although Flash is rich in visual presentation, it has limitations. Because Flash is not search engine friendly, we always try to integrate search engine friendly html codes with flash. After all, what good is a great looking website if no one can find it?  

 Q. How customized is the site I will be getting?  

 A. Unlike most other web design companies, we do not use templates. All of our design work is truly custom. We can assist you in integrating existing artwork or logos. Or if you prefer, we can design a corporate logo for you for use in your website and other print media. We have years of experience in Flash actionscript integration. Our Flash actionscript will help to make your sight visually pleasing. Worried about "templated" modules? Well don't be. We'll customize all the graphical elements and color schemes of your site, including our programmed modules. The end result will be a truly one of a kind website. After all, your satisfaction is guaranteed.  

 Q. How flexible are your modules?  

 A. Our modules are very flexible. We have created all the programming codes from scratch. We can easily configure the codes to accomodate almost any company's programming needs.  

 Q. How long does it take for you to complete my website?  

 A. If you can provide us with all the text and clearly communicate your ideas about what features you want, we'll have it ready for you within a few days (usually a week or less). If the website involves totally customized programming, we'll discuss the anticipated time period with you before we begin the project.  

 Q. I am very familiar with the html language. Can I use html to modify my site?  

 A. Yes. Our page edit features can accept html codes and css properies to allow you to further modify your site.  

 Q. I do not know anything about HTML or Dreamweaver. How hard will it be for me to update my site?  

 A. It is very easy. Just log into your admin site with your password, and select the page you want to edit. Once the dialog boxes for the appropriate page are opened, just change the text and click on the button. It's that simple.  

 Q. There are so many web design companies out there. What sets you apart from the others?  

 A. While there are many design companies, few also offer customizable programming included in their base price. Because we have developed user-friendly web modules, we are able to keep our programming prices low enough to include in our base package. This means you get an extremely functional and dynamic website, rather than just a static page which is in truth, no more useful than an online business card or brochure. Go ahead.  Q. What happens if I need a major design change two weeks after the site has been finished?  

 A. For the first 30 days, we will make any changes you want at no additional cost. After 30 days, we charge an our hourly rate of $70 for major design, programming, or structural change to the site.  

 Q. How many photos can I upload?  

 A. You can upload as many photos as you want. We can always add more server space when we need to.
